Trial of Chaos - Can't get out

So the game froze and put me back on the character selection screen after completing the first stage of the Treial of Chaos. When I logged back in I was still in the same step of the trial but it will not activate. The elevators do not work, and I can't use portals. So...how do I get out?

I guess it was a hiccup. It is working now
