Trials of Chaos

From many attempts I have done and had the game crash on me, I noticed a pattern of when the crash happens. At all times, right at the time of crash, I slay the triceratops looking like monster. After the crash happens Trials of Chaos won't start/get by the loading screen, after I enter the game again or to be exact, can't access the specific character for extended time or untill second controller is used.
