disconnect and lose loot

Farming simulacrum tier 4 and got disconnect a lot. Sometimes can reconnect and continue at point where dc, but sometimes it like reset back to before farming all loot just disappear(both in inventory and storage)
before it getting disconnect there is ping spike and freeze screen
with message at login page show unexpected disconnect
