Stuck in viper

Just got stuck inside the the soldiers bodies on the side after the green spear phase finished. I could not move out of there with rolling or moving, did not have any movement skills so I am not sure about them, could still place totems, but they spawned on top of my body inside the soldiers. I think if you are too close to the soldiers when she finishes the attack you can get stuck
