Temporary fix infinite loading screens ***CONSOLE ONLY**

This REQUIRES 2 Controllers and 2 PSN/Xbox accounts!!!

First log into account to character selection with Controller 1, Then turn on Controller 2 and select second psn/Xbox account as user account. Then select a second character. Then select the stuck/bugged character with Controller 1. This will force character 1 which is stuck to load into hideout.

No, this is not a "solution". The "solution" is to change the instance functions. The variable time is silly anyway.
On a side note, dead consumables to broken instances should be refunded.
