Bug Report ID: #3555781137 - Frozen in death animation

As title says, I have been slain by the Devourer boss in A1 normal, but the game stays frozen in place. Audio still plays, but my character doesn't fall to the ground, no prompts to revive, can not perform any actions except quit.
