Can't swap weapon if there are too many monster nearby

If there too many monster nearby, if you swap weapon you can't swap it back. Also lead to some weird interaction like can't drop item, can't equip or unequip gear. One way to replicate this bug consistantly is playing blight constant with juice map., (Post wrong forum, I mean for POE1)
