Wind Fury Serpent

Skill gem, after added to the slot shows the skill for about a minute. After that cant put it on bars anymore and it just shows that it does - damage and cant use it at all anymore. Tried recreating the skill gem several times, different tiers and all, without support gems etc. and still doesnt work. Stat requirements are met, proper weapon for it and all.
