Ascension points fourth trial of chaos - Bug no points

Hello, today I did the Chaos test to get my ascension points, I successfully completed the test alone, but they did not give me the points for ascension, it is the fourth Chaos test that I did, it only gave me a fragment for the door, but no ascension points

You need 3 different fragments (multiple trial runs required), to open the last arena to fight the Trialmaster, beating him is the only way to get your last ascendancy points.
