Whoever did skill balance pass have to rethink it a bit more (no offense)

After playing off-meta build im just surprised by disparity of skills, in comparison cold skills and chaos skill both single target and clear. I'm not a big complainer usually but its really strange to see so much of difference.

I think there should be more attention paid to balancing of skills since some of them don't have any viable damage, comparing cold skills to contagion and stuff, it just doesn't make any sense when you fully invest in cold skills and they still lack compared to chaos ones... Hope you step up the game of your balance team, love the game anyway.

It's not that I want specifics, just confirm that you have an idea of the gap in damage and usability of some skills so that I can continue to support the project, or do you think this level of inequality is normal?

GGG has always been like this. Think of skills like children in a classroom. Even if 10 have potential, the teacher only focuses on the best 2, effectively ignoring the rest of the class.
