Losing game sound

I'm losing game sound every time I enter my hideout. I then lose it everything including char selection. The music is there but no sound effects.

I still have no sound effects. Ive checked for updates, re logged many times and reinstalled the game. When will you people start doing your job and treating everyone across all platforms? Again, I log in - have sound effects - go to my hideout - enter a map and lose it. It does not come back leaving the map and have to re log for it to happen again. I have music and audio for npc but thats it. The entire map, hideout and town is muted. Do your job for once please. There is multiple monthsleft in this league.

Day 3 still with the same above problem with no response from anyone.

Still having the same issue for over a week with no response from you ggg. Many have stated their having the same issue. When I asked in global chat, some stated identical to mine or when they run deli. It would be nice to have a response.

Still lose all sound effects.
