Heist crashes regularly when attacking enemies

In Heist I've crashed multiple times while my Heist companion is opening a chest, but only when I attacked the newly spawning enemies (the ones spawning from the wall).

I had the issue with Lightning Arrow and Tornado Shot so far.

The issue also happened when I tried to escape the Heist contract.

So far I've had the issue with Vinderi accompanying me. I'll run a couple more without Vinderi and update this post accordingly.
UPDATE: the crash also happened with other companions

The character I'm using is "Ingegred" in Mercenary SSF with the same setup I currently have.

Same, can't do heists this league cause freezing/not responding (then crashing) 2-3 times per heists, playing Inquisitor Glacial Hammer, same scenario : crashing when attacking newly, close to alls, spawned enemies. Mercenary is a wander STR/INT, Heist worker is Isla, writing this as it happens for the 3rd time in 5 min, everytime when i try to open a big reward chest in a bunker zone.
Edit : Happens with Huck as well, same scenario, but lockpicking mission. Same zone. Happened as well on killing enemies spawning in the room where the target is.

Just happened to me twice.

Parameters:
- Mansion Contract
- newly spawned Mob is hit
- Rage Vortex of Berserking (enormous amounts of hits per second)

Once I had Karst with me, the other time it was Huck.

The first time it happened on the way out after the alarm started and the second happened when a reward room chest was to be opened and the spawning mobs where assaulted.

I am putting down Heist for now. Too risky loosing stuff like this.
Sadly, I need to bump this.

This happens aswell outside of heist contracts. In maps just aswell as Delve. Same character, "same situation": lots of just spawning mobs get hit (by attacks; not spells!).

I have two additionals characters this league and both are spell based and I had not once this issue with them.

But a straight hint is that it seems to happen with freshly spawned mobs (in my case rather large groups) combined with with a very high hit frequency (attack based hits).

Maybe I should also add, that almost each and every hit applies and/or triggers impale. And there are three sources of corpse detonation on conditional deaths. So there's a lot going on ...

Hopefully the issue can be sorted out as it is rather annoying and frustrating.
This seems to still be happening on keepers league, playing cyclone build with Impale and as soon as i start opening heist chest game freezes and crashes when a newly spawned enemy is hit.
Getting this as well in Keepers league. Noticed in Undebelly and the templar themed one that escapes me. Seems to be related to attacking newly spawning enemies.
