The underground market and private trading.

With the new trading system about to come in, would this drive the market inflaters underground and cause them to set up a private trading system wherein the best items are kept off the official market? I could see such players trading privately with other players who they know capable of amassing hundreds of divines. Will be interesting to see how the new trading system performs when it comes.
