(Witch, Infernalist) Infernal Hound disables Radiant Grief BUG

Radiant Grief "Enemies in your presence are ignited as though dealt 100 base fire damage" does not work if you have ascendancy point in Infernal Hound.

Even if Infernal Hound is turned off Radiant Grief will still not apply ignite to enemies in your presence.

I have tried this with turning the Infernal Hound off, loading into a fresh map, unequipping and re-equipping Radiant Grief.
I have tried turning the Infernal Hound on & off also.

Radiant Grief ignite will not work with ascendancy point in Infernal Hound.
