PS5 Second Play Through Acts on Cruel Instance Connection

I have two characters having instance issues in my “cruel” playthrough
-one is stuck on act1 at the town ramparts, where the level is entered and it sticks on loading screen, even after closing the game and reloading
-one is on entering Utzaal, the game kicks the character
