Very bad audio bugs coinciding with game stuttering PS5 Pro

Almost unplayable levels of stuttering. Seems to happen simultaneously with audio bugs. Abyss rifts making static noise, voice lines stuttering and repeating. Made Geonors poem a slide show.

Someone else mentioned it coincides with ravenous swarm. I was also using it. Going to try a different gem and report back
