Still no sound after 6-7 months

Hello everyone , suddenly 6-7 months ago my sound stopped completely . I tried everything i saw in forums and everywhere and nothing happened . I hoped with the new patch the issue will be fixed but today when i started the game the issue was there , complete lack of sound . The problem appeared suddenly , i had no issue for months and it seems theres nothing i can do because i did everything . Anyone had the same issue in the past ?
