Chronomancer's Curse bug with Weapon Sets

Chronomancer's Inevitable Agony curse doesn't have the option to be activated in specific weapon sets. This behavior does not match the behavior found in other curses which are able to be set to use a specific weapon set.

Edit:
As of 0.3.0c, the option to bind Inevitable Agony to a specific weapon set is still not available. Below is a side-by-side image of Inevitable Agony and Elemental Weakness to show that it is not normal for the Weapon Set Binding option to be missing from Inevitable Agony.

Problem with Curses probably. Same at Witch with BLASPHEMY skill

Yup, not changed in 0.3.1 either, please fix.
