POE2: Very loud electronic buzzing in red vale after 0.3 on PS5

While playing the new league after 0.3 I encountered very loud electronic buzzing in the red vale map after clearing about half of it. I am playing on PS5 and have not encountered it prior to this league in any map.

If you turn the ambient channel to zero it should stop it.
