Called Shots doesn't activate

Hey, I'm doing a Hollow Palm Deadeye and I noticed that the Called Shots Meta skill doesn't apply the socketed marks. Neither Freezing Mark, nor Sniper's Mark gets used. I tried with them separately and both at once.

The skill doesn't seem to need to be "activated" like the other persistent buffs.

Any ideas on why it might not be working for me?

I didn't change anything, but I levelled up and the issue got resolved. Might be a bug?

Hmmm, I'm having the same problem. Slotted Sniper's Mark and Freezing Mark, and have been running around now for maybe a half hour, and have yet to see a single mark debuff icon on an enemy.

Is it possible that the debuff IS being applied, but the icon simply isn't working? Or is Called Shots not working at all?

Heh - never mind!

I could SWEAR I checked when I first slotted it, and didn't see any "right click to activate" text, but I just double-checked, and there it was!

It's working now.

Feedback - it'd be nice if it had the same spinning circle in the skills window, to indicate that it's active, like other persistent skills

it works, right click it once, and play and see, i think the skill thumbnail just doesn't show as being activated

i cant activate mine
