Charged shots II support gem not working

Every shot still spend my mana, idk about 60% more damage part, but dps tooltip not changing no matter are gem on or off...

just tested this a few minutes ago during 0.4 league. still seems broken or no noticeable dps change that reflects in some form or another. looked at tooltip dps and looked for some kind of buff icon but nothing.
