Cannot assign a skill yo a specific weapon slot

Platform: PS5 Pro.

Description:
With the patch of 0.3, it looks like console players cannot assign a skill lets say a Spark to a weapon slot. Previously in skill selection menu there was an option yo select weapon slot 1 or 2, now this option seems to be gone, or I'm totally blind...

now it can be found in much less obvious place...

1) open skill bind menu (hold touch bar)
2) select your skill
3) hold square
4) select "Skill Options" tab
