Ravenous Swarm Performance issue on PS5

I hadn't noticed this to begin with as it coincided with my local area having net issues because of the installation of new fibre lines.

However, when it settled down, it became clear Ravenous Swarm was essentially causing my game to "Lag" as if I had net problems.

I had it equipped with 3 Support gems:

Corrosion
Armour Demolisher II
Hulking Minions

After removing it, the difference became obvious.
