Spirit Bug (Game unplayable AGAIN)

Spirit Bug nonsense has plagued the game since launch

My character stats say I have zero spirit, but I have a Rattling Sceptre equipped that gives me 100 spirit. This nonsense happens every league, and I'm thinking you should just get rid of it at this point.
