elemental weakness not being applied by hand of chayula in hotfix 10 0.3

this worked in hotfix 9 0.3
not sure what broke about it in 10
i dont see the visual debuff over the mob or the debuff applied to them
i have tried it with and without other support/mark gems

as well as in the socket byt itself with no other skills.. it does not apply today

I'm also having the same issues since logging in this morning. I've tried applying other curses with the skill and those aren't applying either.

bro that's absurd.. monk is a dex int character, it takes way too much intelligence to level it up more.

maybe GG should level up their intelligence enough to realize that every single damn curse in the entire game skills is FULL INT skill.
and that monk cant put enough points into ANY of them to use on max level maps

also curses already get reduced effects when being applied by hand
and evasion was nerfed so hard i cant even wear and EV+ES chest anymore. i need to go full EV to not get murdered even with wind dancer

Ye I also think it makes no sense to tie curse lvl to certain monster level, same with marks.

Its already weaker on lower levels so I dont see a point for that.

Also you always have to check whether your curse/mark will work in new lvl area and you are forced to use uncut skill gems on them every time, we dont have such restrictions for main skills.
