Sound Bugout high pitch static every single area!

I don't know what it causing it with the Witch or if it's the skills but the sound keeps bugging out in every single area & it's a super loud high pitch static that won't go away unless you restart the game. It really hurts my ears & is ruining the streams could you please fix this asap the speakers, headphones, & ears would greatly appreciate it!
