Reap Culling Strike

I do not appear to be getting any health back when culling using reap, i also have the support gem that gives 12% health when culling. I can not tell if the culling strike just is not working or if im just not getting the health when it does cull.

I've the Witch Hunter Culling strike node; doesn't seem to be working at all, I literally basic attack a white skeleton in the face and it survives with ~5% hp. Happens non-stop pretty much. Bug Report ID: #838990213

I can also confirm this bug, I tried the weapon on infernalist and get any health from the using the Reap cull. 0.3.0c doesn't mention it so it might be still an issue.

Bug still present. Reap culling definitely not giving any health back. My staff does have a gain 8 life on kill affix, which does work, not sure if it is related

Having the same bug with reap definitely not giving back life when it hits enemy below cull threshold
