Timekeeper map device doesn't work

My timekeeper map device can't be interacted with in hideout, I have just done the first map in ziggurat, but after going to hideout the "x" prompt appears on the device but does nothing.

I also saw a message in global chat in game mentioning their timekeeper device also didn't work.

The specific version I have is bronze timekeeper's map device, in case that matters.
