Act 4 Whakanapu island spawns

Hey, i'm discovering the new act, i've done the "Kedge Bay" and now i'm on Whakapanu, i've explored the whole map area, finsished the abyss, didn't the "Crabshell Cavern" and "Shark Pit" didn't have any encounters. i'm sure if i ctrl clic on the waypoint and creat a new instance of the area they will spawn, just nothing on the checkpoint, maybe a bug ?

I have a similar issue, shark pit won't spawn enemnies, yet portals are blocked "during boss encounters".
