in game label without color gradient

Hi

I notice with capture and video of the game, that on many, labels of items on the ground have color gradient, and on mouseover there is a texture in addition.

On my computer all is flat, no gradient, no texture...

I have tried many thing, remove game settings, re-install, switch to vulkan, etc
found nothing to enable that.

I surely miss something, I am on Win11 with an RTX 3070.

Is there a menu or something to enable this?
