Charged staff converting the flat lighthing dmg into flat cold damage

i was wondering if with call of the brotherhood the flat lighthing dmg would be converted into cold, since the tolltip for the buff still shows lighhting dmg instead of cold damage.

but inthe shockwave secction shows just cold damage

is this is a bug?

keep in mind that im using hollow palm, so maybe somethin weird is happening there
