Random lag spikes?

Start maybe an hour ago. When in a map the network ping will yoyo and it is making the game act super weird. Like it will slow down to a snail place like you have 1fps but the FPS itself never actually drops and then it will try to catch up.

I am guessing the servers are taking another shit.

Been constantly happening to me since the server crash last night. Ever since the server crash it has been non-stop for me. The game is literally unplayable. Thanks GGG
