Shield/offhand on weapon swap

It's awesome that we can now lock our weapon to weapon sets and swapping is instant.

However, we cannot do the same with Shields or offhand. Why?

Please allow us to lock both slots so we don't have to have 2 copies of the same offhand and/or two different offhands.
