Sacrificial Heart not being able to be completed after the cataclysm in Act 3

As title suggests you cannot complete the Sacrificial Heart in Act 3 after the Cataclysm since the Gateway will be closed and there are no Waypoints to the Past Versions of Areas. Short Term fix might be just making the Waypoints Accessible or giving a Toggle like for Underground Areas.

Oh and also the Heart is now stuck in my Inventory. So I cant get the 2 Skill Points and am missing 4 Inventory Slots because of this.

I am having the same issue and would like to see a fix for this please.

Travel to Ziggurat encampment in act 3, enter gateway and use the waypoint to go aggorat.
Just did with a character lvl85+ from hideout.
