CPU and shader lag spike

Hi, my poe2 always ran smoothly (very minimal issues if ever) since day 1. But ever since Third Edict, ive been getting lag spikes very often. Sometimes, the game lags so much (Both cpu and shader spikes) and FPS drops to 1 or it just outright hangs.

Anyone else experiencing this since the new patch? Any fixes admins?

Any admins that can address this?
