Bug Report — "Explosive Empowerment" Passive Not Triggering Explosions

The passive skill "Explosive Empowerment" does not appear to function as described. According to its tooltip, enemies killed by Empowered Attacks should explode on death. However, I have not observed any explosions under the following conditions:

Steps to Reproduce:

Allocate the Explosive Empowerment passive.

Use Slam attacks (such as Leap Slam) that are Ancestrally Boosted.

Kill enemies using those attacks.

Observe that no explosions occur.

I also tested Strike attacks paired with Warcries, which should qualify as Empowered (based on the interaction), but again, no explosions were observed.

Expected Behavior:
Enemies killed by Empowered attacks (including those enhanced via Ancestral Boost or Warcries) should explode on death, as stated in the passive description.

Actual Behavior:
No explosions occur on enemy death, regardless of the attack used, even when it should qualify as Empowered.

I have noticed the same thing. I also dont see the fire damage from the oposite talent Crementing Cries. My tries have been with Wyvern and Empoverment Sparks on Devour and basic attacks (rend).
