New Omen Idea - Omen of Prediction

I have come up with an idea for a new Omen, The Omen of Prediction.

Omen of Prediction allows you to right click and select a weapon type (example, Duelling Wand). After right click and selecting this weapon, the next 5 (change number for balance) purchases from the random weapons vendor will be of that weapon type.

For example, if I right click Omen of Prediction on a Duelling Wand and proceed to buy a few random items of type: Wand, every stat will be random as usual but the wand will always be of type Duelling Wand. This still makes random purchase a gamble, but allows a more focused type of gamble at the cost of an Omen of Prediction. The balance for this could be making the Omen rarer to find and/or limiting the focused gambles per Omen used.
