Called Shots Ascendancy wont let me socket Mark skills

As the title says, when I try to socket Snipers Mark skill into Called Shots ascendancy skill it is greyed out and won't permit to put anything into the Called Shots skill. Any skill gem or support for that matter.

I have 200 dex so don't believe it is an attribute issue. Anyone have any ideas on a fix?
