Rhoa + Lighting Rod (Skill Disabling Bug)

When starting a new map, if I mount the Rhoa I can't cast Lighting Rod (LR).

Two known workarounds:
1 = I have to mount the Rhoa and dismount, then remount.
2 = Cast LR one time then get onto the Rhoa.

Once one of the work arounds are used, the issue doesn't come back until starting a new map.


I have LR set to weapon set 2 and both weapon sets are sharing the same bow and quiver. All other skills are set to weapon set 1.
- Weapon Set 1 Skills: Lightning Arrow, Herald of Thunder, Tornado Shot.
- Weapon Set 2 Skills: Lightning Rod.
- Weapon Set 1 or 2 Skills: Rhoa Mount & Ghost Dance.


Gems (In socketed order):
- LR = Elemental Focus, Elemental Armament 2, Stoicism 2, Deliberation & Rigwald's Ferocity.

- Rhoa = Brutus' Brain, Loyalty, Elemental Army, Minion Mastery


EDIT:
This isn't just happening on a new map, it occasionally happens when transitioning between zones (Such as abyss pits) and returning to the map. Also seems to randomly happen if porting to my hideout and spending x amount of time in there, then returning to the map.



Seperate issue:
Brutus' Brain shows that it works for Rhoa when in your inventory, but goes red (as inactive) when socketed into the Rhoa skill.

I have these exact same issues.

The same problem with same setup, really annoying.

I am experiecing the same issue with the bug where I cannot cast lightning rod wihle on Rhoa mount. Please fix as this is game breaking.
