Can't click a Temporal Tether on the Molten Vault map boss arena because there is an invisible wall

After killing the boss here, the Tether appeared, but there is also a in invisible wall between my character and the Tether, and I'm unable to activate it.

Same bug here, the Tether spawns over the molten lava and you cannot move close enough to click it, had the same problem with an abyss chest on the same map layout.
