Boss Fight: The Black Crow become untargetable/invincible after half HP

The Black Crow boss fight in map can't proceed. It doesn't do the animation for breaking the bell and the door. It becomes untargetable after hitting certain level of HP. Player being locked inside the boss arena.

This just happened to me too. Mirage archer just stands next to him and doesn't fire.
