Charater ''freeze'' after opening stongbox

Often when i open a strongbox, my charater ''freeze'', ( not the cold ailment style), my mouse pointer can move, i cannot walk, cannot cast skill...
Sometime i'm fast enough to quit the game and comeback and it's ok, sometime no and i die :(
