Manoki won't go to second phase and stuck in boss area

like the title says Manoki won't go to second phase and stuck in boss area, since you cant use portals to leave i cant leave the area and i cant kill it i am stuck. tried logging out but i just restart at same situation. what can i do?

This Just happened to me as well. t-15 delirium. Seems I'm stuck outside the fight. Hopefully fixed soon. I am assuming the instance will close itself when i log out for 10 mins or so
