Indicator effect/status icon for Apex of the Moment

This ascendancy skill needs some kind of show that it exists, it drives me crazy that there is no way to tell what monsters are affected by it and by just how much. Everything else in the game has clear indicators, effects, and an icon with the exact percentage of effect its having.
