Companion question - how it works

Hello together,

I can't find this information anywhere, not on discord, not on youtube, not on poe2db, nowhere, so please anyone who knows the answer, please, help me with my questions:

1. Can a companion have both haste aura and another aura? or only one aura and one other modifier? Ex: haste aura + extra energy shield aura or invulnerability aura.
2. If I put Brutus' Brain on the companion, will this negate other stuff like conjouring lightning storms or spawning cold explosions? Is that part of its damage?

Did you ever figure anything out on this? I'd also like to know if this is possible
