Gravebind Rope Cuffs Bug

Currently trying to use Gravebind with Reaper Invocation. Not working at all. I can be standing right next to the monster my ally just killed with a melee attack and I don't get any energy from the kill.

Tried with various skills and passives that should be working and the kills still aren't being counted as mine. These gloves might not be working at all.

Still an issue. Just tested and melee kills from party member (they were a monk) in my presence did not give any energy. (tested in maps and starter zone to see if there was an issue in level)
