Diamora, Song of Death bugged

Diamora, Song of Death boss in Act 4 is bugged and can instantly kill people with the giant beam of light immediately on spawning, even if you're not standing where it is pointed.

I died on Hardcore to this boss instantly when the boss spawned in the middle and before she even managed to start the spin animation with the beam of light, even though I was standing behind her back, directly opposite of the beam of light.

I had over 2k combined Life, ES, and Darkness from the Acolyte of Chayula ascendancy and just died instantly despite doing nothing wrong.

Same happened to me, I was behind and died while full HP. I drowned in one orb before it actually spawned. My screen didn't turn foggy so I didn't move and died.
