Stuck on last quest before endgame

Doriani Does not appear. Tried it with different characters, but still the same result. Also tried with one that already.Was.At endgame. Renewed, my license. Synced with Cloud servers.I tried.Every method I know.But it's still doesn't work. Reinstalling the game.As well. I am on PS5.
