First Simulacrum bricked, unable to progress

Entered the Simulacrum for the first time. After clearing wave 14, no items dropped. The menu to go to wave 15 did not appear. There were monster sounds coming from the fear bosses' corpse and it was still standing up and animated. I tried exiting and re-entering, which made the menu pop up to go to Wave 15, however, nothing happened when I clicked on it.





I looked around the map for anything and I noticed in the top right wall with the long hut, there was an enemy health bar which said "Turmoil" (how appropriate :)). I tried damaging it, but was unable to and nothing I did worked so I gave up and called it a night.

About 1/4 of my simulacrums get bricked from mobs jumping over walls after doors lock... gets pretty annoying
