I'M GIVING UP THE GAME!

I play on PS5, and I'm experiencing game crashes every day from 8 PM to 11 PM, right when I should be playing. Sound issues, where the sound cuts out at certain points during gameplay, are horrible, discouraging, and sad because you're not doing anything! Many of my friends and I are stopping playing because of this. What are you going to do? We need answers. Stop posting about events and stuff, and do something!
